Back in the 1950’s when Baltimoreans talked about “jazz on the Avenue” they referred to PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE.
Where, WHO IS WHO, appeared to display their polished crafts in JAZZ and its relations.
Well, it appears those days are over. Folks with a taste for JAZZ are not lining the streets of Pennsylvania Avenue, and the black youth are into hip-hop and neo-soul.
JAZZ seems to have found a new home, on a different avenue, FREDERICK; not West Baltimore, but South, at the MYSTIQUE BARRELL BREWING HOUSE.
I paid a visit.

Enjoyed the production, just like being there. The talent of each participant was displayed in their solo performance. Great!!
