THE CAST of UP and DOWN THE AVENUE
It was a club, with architectural drawings similar to the COTTON CLUB in New York, of the 1950″s.
By that I mean “anybody who was somebody” touched down at this club on Pennsylvania Avenue, in Baltimore Maryland.
UP AND DOWN THE AVENUE, IS A PLAY NOW RUNNING AT THE ARENA PLAYERS, in Baltimore, through March 23.2025.
It’s a look back when Sam Cooke and Redd Foxx were kings in entertainment, and Baltimore was a MUST stop on the list.
To attend this show, I suggest you “dress to impress”.
